Administration
Oversees church projects and events, organizes and files information, respond to emails, plans & schedules meetings and other activities.
Media/Production
Set up necessary microphones, monitors, and other sound system equipment needed for each service & live stream, coordinates with speakers and worship team to set sound levels prior to each service, operates sound board, livestream switch board, and cameras.
Creative Team
Exhibits skills in the areas of photo, film, graphic design, web design, marketing editing, social media, producing, and more.
Member Hospitality
Provides a welcoming and safe environment for members & visitors, maintains a high level of customer service, interacts with memebers and guests, contributes to overall member retention and satisfaction through embodying our core beliefs and principles.
Gifted Kidz
Welcomes new kids and parents, helps get kids registered and checked in, monitors safety of the children, communicates effectively with chldren, teaches bible stories in a practical and creative manner, holds high standard of conduct, leads discussions, group activities, and crafts, graciously manages behavioral dynamics and settles disputes, provides guidance and support to children, supports the programmatic needs of the ministry and its leaders.
Prayer Team
Provides an atmosphere of prayer and intercession before, during, and after every service. Leading the congregants in corporate prayer. Meets the intercessory needs of the church, leadership, and members.
Gifted Worship & Arts
Assists in creating and environments of worship, works as a team member, implements new worship songs and/or choreography with excellence, has good relational, communication, and organizational skills, builds great rapport with people, maintains continual demonstration of self awareness, listens excellently, fulfills instructions/directions, approaches conflict/disagreements with respect, humility, and a teachable manner, follows through to see tasks given completed in a timely manner.
Security/Safety Team
Establishes a safe environment for members and guests, provides altar support and safety during prophetic, deliverance and healing services, enforces church regulations, safeguards the facility, monitors access points, permits and denies entry, minimizes and works to prevent loss and damage, controls traffic, maintains and monitors church environment for the safety of all members and guests and maintains stability and orderly flow.
